Before he launched his own practice in 2012, Václav spent almost a decade in senior positions within the world of Big Law.
He provides comprehensive advisory services, with a particular focus on commercial law (business contracts, disputes, acquisitions, corporate governance), joint ventures, and IP/IT law. He also has ample experience in competition law. Václav’s law studies took him also to Germany and England.

Vendula spent her years as a junior lawyer at a law firm where Honza Šafránek was her tutor. Shortly before her bar exam, she went on maternity leave, successfully defending her medical-law LL.M. two weeks before giving birth to her first child. She eventually passed her bar exam in 2022, with an eighteen-month-old child on her hands and pregnant with a second. Today, Vendula is an independent attorney who focuses on family law, civil litigation, and healthcare law at night and on two small children during the day. Given her limited working hours, she has been working with our office on a remote basis.
Vendy sings in a choir, until recently worked as an assistant dance teacher at a dancing studio, loves to play the piano, and is looking forward to soon donning the hat of skiing/snowboarding instructor for her own offspring.
She provides her services in Czech, English, and German. In addition, she finds her way around in French; she is also working on her Spanish, a language in which she has been an enthusiastic beginner for many years.
Natália specializes in commercial law, in particular the law of companies and of local and cross-border corporate transformations. Before she started her collaboration with our firm, she worked for a premier Czech law firm.
Natália is a passionate traveler, and she calls Spain her second home.

Dan joined us from one of the largest global law firms, declaring that he knew our office was “the one” for him. His reach and scope as a lawyer are broad; he cares little about formalities and provides competent advice to clients in almost any situation which may arise in one’s business or personal life. His special expertise is in corporate law, transactions, and disputes (in particular those with a foreign element).
On the rare chance that you don’t run into Dan in the office, there are essentially only two places where you might find him – he’s either partying hard at one of Prague’s nightlife venues, or he participates in a bootcamp of the Czech Army’s Active Reserve.
Danylo provides his services in Czech, English, Russian, and Ukrainian. If need be, you’ll moreover find him conversant in German as well.
Alex’s core areas of law are commercial, civil, and labor law and, as she is fond of saying, thanks to her friends, family law has become her passion.
She is an extreme sports devotee and plays goalie in an all-male ice hockey team, but also devotes time to the more gentle pastime of golfing.

Filip started building his career already during his university studies, focusing on real estate and corporate law. Today, his professional practice centers on civil law. An ardent car lover himself, Filip has been specializing in providing advisory services in the automotive sector.
In his spare time, Filip can most often be found around sports cars or on the golfing green.

Among Ruda’s areas of expertise is corporate law, and everything related to companies, their internal governance, and business operations in the broadest sense. He brings rich experience from the energy sector, having represented both utility companies and their customers.
His spare time belongs to his family and to recreational sports.
Rudolf provides his services in Czech and in English.
The focus of Tomáš’s practice rests on corporate law, labor law, and the law on foreign nationals. He has ample experience in providing legal services to both Czech and foreign clients, including their representation in administrative proceedings, contract drafting, and advice on labor-law and migration issues.
Working with clients from a great diversity of cultural backgrounds has taught him how to communicate effectively, and the importance of identifying solutions that actually work in real life and of approaching each and every case with a fresh outlook on the client’s individual wishes and goals.
In his spare time, Tomáš works on his tennis skills, experiments with new recipes in the kitchen, and travels the world.

After more than twenty years in public administration, spent on economic development and on land-use planning in particular, Jana decided to make her dream come true and venture into the world of legal practice, applying her immense experience from public administration, the production and change of zoning, development, and land-use documents and, last but not least, expert consulting with the goal to guide clients through the thicket that is the Building Act.
Jana loves rock music, Italian cantilenas, and the songs of Czech band Jasná páka. She unwinds by playing the organ.

Eva has been with us since her student years. Let it be a testament to her dogged determination that, during the peak of the pandemic when anti-Covid measures were the toughest everywhere, she volunteered without hesitation to take a pan-European round trip in the interest of a transaction we had been working upon. In her practice, she focuses on family and labor law.
Eva’s preferred idea of spending her free time are nature walks, gardening, and reading.
